Horrible service!
I contacted you guys on the 2nd April explaining that your staff put petrol in my diesel car. You informed me that you were going to investigate and no response as yet. I was in contact with Rhoda and all communication just stopped. I called a few times and she's never there. Someone promised a call back from her and still no response. This it totally unacceptable and im beyond upset that no one in caltex can get back to me since April.. You telling me you will investing?? I sent all the proof. I would like to be reimbursed and compensated for this inconvenience
