Horrible Experience @ Caltex

Went to the caltex on newlands west drive durban this morning,I bought cigarettes and a redbull however the cashier gave me the cigarettes in my hand and the Redbull was left in the drop box at the till.I then jump in my car and left only to realise I forgot the redbull upon my return the cashier says that she thought it was for another customer. I then told her that I paid for it and never left your store its your duty to ensure that you hand your customers their items and if they leave it you must put it aside.Firstly she knew she charged me and she thought it was for another customer why didnt she ring it up and charge him for it if she thought it was his.I was then rudely told that it's my fault I should have made sure I took my items.The cashier had no name badge but then told me her name was mdumi and the guy behind the counter was very rude ..he also had no name badge and he kept raising his voice...such service is unacceptable.
