Horrible customer service at Caltex Avoca
Horrible service Caltex in Avocado Durban. I’ve always considered all the petrol stations the best places that offer excellent customer service in Durban until I reaisedl how horrible the Caltex at Avoca is. You arrive there and wait more than 10 minutes without being attended to, no one even acknowledges your presence in that place. It’s actually disgusting customer service and it’s not the first occurrence at that particular Caltex garage. This is the third time experiencing a behaviour of this nature at that garage. It’s really so ugly and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Those people are not nice people and their service is below bad 🤮

We do not want to treat our clients in any way that might make them feel unimportant or to give the impression that we do not care about our clients. I will address the matter with immediate effect
