Horrible Customer Service

My Brother experienced the worst Service at Caltex Midrand, they were Rude; Disrespectful; very Condescending and not Helpful at all. He tried by all means to get their attention and assistance from them and even asked for the Manager who wasn't available so ended up speaking to Sphamandla. MaTshepo and Her Colleagues were not willing to assist Him at all and gave Him attitude, Please Help because this is unacceptable!
