Horrible customer care

Today I went to caltex garage Riverside, what a horrible customer care. I bought aquelle sparkling water but the attendant scanned Bonaqua. When I asked I was told to leave the water if I dont want to take it. I asked the manager with no help instead he embarrassed me in front of his staff and he said that I should leave his store. How can they scan a product that I didn't buy?
