Hats out to Caltex head office

<p>I had an issue at one if the Caltex service station where by fuel had been filled into my diesel car. I had no joy speaking to the owner for he wanted to drain the petrol on his own from my car. I thereafter used my insurance to tow my vehicle and I proceeded to do a claim... Whilst that was going through I decided to get the details for Caltex head office and explained to them my situation. Who reacted immediately got the garage owner involved and asked him to give me a call. They now agreed it's an error on their side they asked me to cancel my claim with my insurance and they will pay the dealer directly. At present I'm am so thankful to Chevron SA for their assistant especially the lady Rhoda Salie who assisted me so professionally. Thank u sooo much. In 2 days my issue had been resolved.</p>
