Great service from Razack

<p>Great service received from Razack at ladies mile road caltex garage in Tokai. Friendly, warm and helpful. Was very impressed. He did not rush, cleaned the window but asked me first if it was ok, checked water etc, the normal but with a very pleasant demeanour. A faith restorer in how customer service should be.</p>
