Grabbed aggressively and insulted by Caltex petrol attendant.

I had a horrifying experience last month 21-10-2018 at Caltex garage in Melmoth KZN. A petrol attendant grabbed me agressively while getting out of the vehicle I was travelling in. When I retaliated by telling him to let go he started swearing at me and hurling insults so loudly that everyone at the petrol station was staring. I was travelling with my mother and she decided to intervene advising him to stop or else we would report him to the manager. He told us to run to the manager and tell him and continued to hurl insults to my mother too this time. I am terrified to go back to that garage. I wish someone could do something about petrol attendants who act so violently towards customers - only God knows what he will do next time I go there.
