Ghandis Service Station ****** Me!!

Stopped at this garage to fill fuel using my STD Bank Ucount rewards card on Friday 2nd Sep 2016-the petrol attendant tells me he has to swipe my card before filling the fuel-as recognized as caltex is-I allowed him to do so only for him to try twice and both times his machine said declined.i drove off to my destination and a few km's later I received an sms from Ucount saying that Caltex has been paid. When I went back to Caltex the manager refused to see me as he/she was very busy and asked me to wait 15minutes-at this time I was late for a meeting and decided to drive off and called Caltex head office-who could not assist me-but had spoken to the garage. The garage then called me on Friday and Saturday saying I should come over and they will refund me or dispense my fuel owed to me. The lady's name was Elisha or similar. As I was busy all weekend with meetings and I live 45km away from the garage I was only able to go to the garage Monday. I received a call from head office on Monday saying that they spoke to the service station and they have no transaction that came from my card, so I checked my account again which showed that the funds did go off my account-again I called the service station telling them that head office had told me that you did not receive my funds, how is this possible when my account is showing that i paid you guys and she said it is fine, I can come over and Ghandis Service Station will dispense the fuel-again on my way to another meeting I stopped at the garage and an elderly man came to my vehicle saying he can not dispense the fuel and I need to park my vehicle aside and wait for someone. I couldn't do so as I was late again. He refused to dispense my fuel owed to me and asked me to bring him my statement, who is going to pay for me to withdraw a statement? who will reimburse me for my time and fuel wasted travelling up and down to this service station only to get spoken to in a rude manner by 4 different supposed-to-be-managers. As it stands I have wasted much more fuel that I was supposed to fill and a lot of time which costed me money and made me late for 2 meetings. The Caltex service station had told me on numerous occasions that the manager is not around and I couldn't speak to him/her and they are not sure when he/she will be back. Ghandis Service Station makes u swipe before filling and thereafter says they can not dispense the fuel-beware of this. I have had no success in help from either the service station or head office and I have travelled back and forth to this garage to dispense my fuel only to get there and they give me their attitude. I need action on this as this could be happening to many more people whom do not have cellphone banking and do not check their balances frequently. I will not rest until I get this resolved the correct way. Caltex needs to catch a wake up with their service stations. This lady Elisha says that I can come to dispense my fuel but when I get there I get no help but only the bad attitude from the petrol attendants and I don't know who else as there are so many people 'TRYING' to manage that service station.
