****ed up service

Ihave a big problem with your services. I was at the garage on Thursday I asked the petrol attended to pour R100 95 he decided to pour R500 I explained to him that I've never requested for R500 petrol he told me I was lying we even call the manager who made us fools and laughed in our face saying that I have to pay for it. Why shud I pay for something I never asked for and can't afford 1st they kept me there I became late for my flight told me I have to return back so they can drain it I informed them I won't cause il be relocating. You ppl are rude and ***** they know nothing abt customer services and I need something to be done regarding the traumer I had to go thru.. Caltex 14th Avenue Johannesburg
