Freshstop aka Caltex Kibler employs *********** attendants!!!!

On the 30th Dec 2023, my son who is the regular driver of the vehicle since 1st Nov 2022, needed to use my Audi A3 TDI for personal use. He stopped at the Caltex in Kibler Park and requested for R200 diesel, the attendant put in R200 petrol causing damages in excess of R35 000 as all 4 injectors had to be refurbished, etc. And the manager acknowledged that they were in the wrong and picked it up on the video footage and even wanted to pay for the repairs, but then he was told to advise us to chat to their insurer, OMInsure. After sending through all their docs and numerous emails back and forth, the claim was repudiated claiming as I was the owner my son was not the regular driver and allegedly asked for petrol according to their very highly competent attendant....................not!!! Total nonsense. I have now been without my car for almost 2 months, and they are refusing to give me proof in the form of audio and video footage confirming my son asked for petrol instead of diesel. Disgusting service from Caltex SA and from OM Insure
