Yesterday 12/10/17 I bought Telkom mobile airtym from the Sefako Makhgato Caltex garage, 2min after purchase I loaded the airtime and it was used. Went back to the garage and the cashier tried he also mentioned it is not the first this happened and still it was an issue, the manager was call through. Guess what was his response? I can't do nothing about it, what happened to consumers rights of purchase? I call Telkom mobile customer service to see what number loaded it since Caltex garage doesn't worry about its customers, Telkom mobile gave me the number that used the airtime ********** 273 is the number that ********** stole my airtime. Thinking how I support Caltex via Ucount but that shows how bad service approach you get at Caltex #boycottcaltexgarage
