Four months of silence

Dear Caltex. I logged a complaint because we were unhappy with services rendered at one of the Caltex Garages (Caltex Brits Complaint - ***2) and after I phoned twice after the last email (dated 18/10/2015) were she (the consultant) was out of the office and messages were left for her to call me back. <br> <br> NOTHING....I left to see how long it would take for someone to get back to me after the initial emails. NOTHING...<br> <br> Really, if these are the people that you employ that needs to resolve complaints then you are in deep trouble.
