Forced to pay for overfil of R200

I visited the Windermere Caltex branch intending to fill only R200 worth of petrol. On arrival I told the attended my I wanted only R200 unleaded and even showed him the R200 note. He asked to check my oil and water but I declined as I was in a hurry. Wellington in all his *********** glory then proceeded to punch in the wrong amount for filling, of which I was unaware. The tank filled all the way to R392. WHICH IS ALMOST R200 MORE THAN I ASKED FOR. I was then told that I had to pay because even though it is his mistake, he doesn't earn much and this would ruin him. I asked to speak to the manager who has conveniently left the store just before. I then asked for the supervisor and a guy named Eric came through. He was clearly not the supervisor and just a cashier at Fresh Stop as he wore the uniform.<br> <br> I never wanted the extra petrol and yet for Wellingtons mistake I was being punished. i want to know what steps will be taken against this attendent who got away with the situation while I had to suffer. I budget for petrol and incident ruined everything. Why should I have to pay for petrol I never asked for?
