First come first serve

I use caltex all the time, and the attendants are always friendly and speedy. Today i went there and i waited for longer than usual, i had my 10month daughter with me so my attention was with her. A car parked next to mine with more than 3 men, they were harrassing me i even rolled up my window when one came to my wondow, i asked a guy Nhlakanipho or Nhlakanipha an attenant to attend to me because i have been waiting for long and those guys came after me, he told me he was busy with other people and taking a payment. After he finished he came to me, no greeting or acknowlegement that i had already raised to him that he helped people who came after me. I asked him if its not suppose to be first come first serve and he told me he didnt see i was suppose to say so and told me he came from where to where. I told him instead of argueing he should just apologise and move on, with a major attitude he continued to tell me that how was he suppose to know who came first. I then asked him to ask some one els to help me. And Lindo helped me. Was it so hard for him to just say sorry he didnt see and help me minus drama??
