false accusation defamation of charecter

On Saturday 01.08.15 my wife stooped to get R200 fuel @ Caltex Southdale Robertsham. she paid with my debit card. the first transaction showed on the machine that there was an error, so the attendant did 2nd transaction. However both transactions was deducted from my account @ 14:58.<br> My wife came to pick me up to go and sort this out with the manager. first the manager started by ignoring me and spoke to the attendant who helped my wife. when i just wanted to show her on my phone that the amount was deducted twice she stared speaking to me with attitude and rudeness telling me that she is not interested in what i have to show her and that i need to go to my bank. I then told her that its theft as she did not even want to try and hear me out.<br> The Manager then yelled to the attendant to take my number plate and to phone the police as i am steeling petrol from them! and accused me of being a *****! the attendant told her that i have the slip with me to prove that i have paid!!! and i have the slip of the error transaction. The manager said to me that she will direct me to the police station if I wanted to make a case!!! I am extremely upset as this is not on! i expect action!!
