Extremely poor service

I had an extremely bad experience with Caltex at PNP in vanderbijlpark! I told them to fill up my tank with unleaded 93. The attendant started the pump and walked away. In the time he left, the pump overflowed and spilled a lot of petrol on the floor. The manager came and said he would give me the price of 2L off when it clearly wasn't just 2L that spilled. When I gave him facts about my tank and the capacity and so on, he got angry and started being extremely rude. His name is Cassie. It happen at the caltex in M***en street, Vanderbijlpark. The attendant was very helpful and informed the manager that he did tell him about the autostop not working the day before. He immediately shut him up... It gives caltex a bad name and I don't think someone like that should be in charge
