Expired Coke and Horrible Service at Caltex Summerstrand

Today I bought Coke at Caltex Garage in Summerstrand during my lunch at work. Drank the Coke but did not finish it because it didn't taste as it should. Few hours after I drank it I felt a bit sick (nauseous). Decided to check the expiry date on the coke and to my surprise it had expired last year December. After work I decided to go back to Caltex just to let them know of what happened. I did not want my money back nor did I want another Coke. When I got there I asked one of the staff member to call a manager for me because he was at the till and I did not want the other customers to hear what I was about to say. The staff member went to call him and told him what happened and he did not even look our way he just stood there. Did not even have the audacity to come forward and address the issue! He completely ignored me until the staff came to me and said I should come back another day because the manager is busy.

It is very pathetic to see how irresponsible the manager can be without thinking about the consequences and the health of a customer. It is also appalling to witness an employee of such a respected company behave in such a manner. I am very disappointed with the service provided
