Empty tank

I went to fill up R100 worth of fuel at Freshstop on Berea 211 Berea road today, When I left the pump I noticed that the petrol gage on the car had not moved at all so I went to back to the garage for an explanation, I asked Siya Myeza the the attendant who helped me, I was not happy his explanation so I asked for the manager, The manager gave me receipt and said that they cannot do anything further and that I should open a case with the police to investigate.
