Double charge, no refund

<p>On 09/08/2016 i did a fuel purchase of R150.00 at Caltex garage Richards Bay Brackenham using my bank card all to find out that the transaction deducted twice from my account. On the 10th i drove back to the garage to claim but they told me to get a bank statement, i so did and went back with it yesterday, yesterday they told me to go back to the bank today, 'what for i don't know because i had gave them my bank statement as they requested', and its becoming frustrating coz i'm spending alot doing trips back and forth. So i'm not happy with the service i got from Caltex.</p>
