dissapointed in caltex

dissapointed,distraughted..i was hijacked in palmridge alberton on the 12/05/2021 car was tracked till the caltex sontonga road katlehong 1431, where it was confimed hijackers stopped with their car n my car to still fill petrol. we requested footage from the garage was advised to provide a case number. i opened the case same day and provided the case number was then advised that they dont have the footage suddenly their harddrive is faulty. i fail to unerstand that a well known business would have camera problems and not attend to it knowingly. so in other words if you as a motorist would stop at their garage n fill petrol and something happens like a ******* it wont even be recorded. so in other words the garage is not safe?
