Disgusting customer service!!!!!

I visited the Caltex garage in 5 Centenary Blvd, Umhlanga Ridge, Umhlanga, 4319 at around 9am. The petrol attendant name "Thabani" was available to fill my fuel , i hooted for his attention as he didnt approach my car to assist when he saw me park at the petrol pump. He then very rudely asked me why you hooting i can see you , i then told him theres no need to be rude i am a customer i hooted because you wasnt coming to assist me , he then says i am not being ride and as rude and loud as possible said 'why did you hooter' i asked him do you want to fill my fuel or must i go to another garage he said go to another garage , i am absolutely disgusted with this service and to begin my morning with that kind of service is uncalled for. I hope this reaches the eyes of management and i do expect a call before i take this to the media. You can email on *** or call me on ***
