Disgusted and dissapointed with state of overall gas station

On the 17th of June, i passed by the Caltex in KwaMsane Mtubatuba around 8:30pm to buy pizza and my kids needed the toilet. Firstly the Debonairs was already closed, i got over that. Then i used 2 my last R1 coins to enter the toilets with my kids,only to discover there was no toilet paper in both the female and male toilets. I then had to leave with my kids to get toilet paper from my car. Now i had to ask strangers at the parking lot if theu had change for my R2 coin so we could go back to use the toilet. My 4 year old son was pressed and impatient by this point. With no luck i entered the garage store for change with my son who was now near to tears and was given change by a customer in the queue. We rushed to the toilet and put the coins but the gate wouldnt budge, we again went back to the store and i told the security about the incident and asked for a manager, the security offered to help us to enter the toilet, which i accepted. My son used the toilet and i went back to the store to buy them food and speak to the manager. I was told that there was NO manager, there will only be a manager the following morning. Food options in the are of a township quality, there were about 5 pies in an open pie thing,i ended up buying 2 soggy salty russians for my kids for R16 each. I am highly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of disregard for thier customers, the dark and dogdy bathroom with no toilet paper. The abscence of a manager!!! Im speechless and could go on forever about the numerous disappointments about this petrol station. We had used the toilets in Mvoti shell garage and and didn't have to pay yet the bathrooms there are well lit and always have toilet paper.
