Disgruntled ex Catlex gateway service station customer

Completely disgusted with the lack of service and lack of interest by both the petrol attendants and the manager on duty. Visited the service station this morning only to be ignored by the attendants who were more busy catching up on gossip than assisting customers. Then spoke to the manager on duty who merely said "im sorry" with no sincerity what so ever and simply walked off into his office. Attendants simply acted like i was invisable. As a fellow retail assistant this is not on.
