disgrace

This is not the 1st time I'm complaining about their bad slow service. Everytime you get there a person must wait long 2 get service and that's including their take away department. This morning I got there 6:35 and while the attendant was just about 2 throw in petrol they told him he must stop because they are going 2 have a shift change. I got up earlier this morning because I knew I need petrol and then they stil waisted my time. I said a swear word and then this Karin lady said I sweared @ her. Just shows they don't even listen and how educated they realy are. Caltex advertise always about fast good service but Broadway is a disgrace always and that manager who thinks she is miss world must realy get out there because she don't know how 2 handle customers complaints. Their pumps for air is always faulty not 2 mention their card machines. I don't know how caltex can stil alow such people 2 trade under their name. They are useless and pathetic to say the lease.
