Disappointment at Caltex Sunward Park

Twice now we experienced poor service. Today was the cherry on the cake we waited for more than 3 hours to have our vehicles cleaned, yet after 2 hours a guy tells me their people are on lunch. However other cars that come in get cleaned immediately. When we checked our 3 vehicles, they were not even cleaned properly. The manager says oh don't worry we will clean it now. This car wash definitely has problems with people.

You know, the sad part of this is that when I checked our 3 vehicles, it was not even polished (as per Excecutive selection). When I confronted the attendant, he started shouting at me. He then tells me to speak to his supervisor, and this person was nowhere in sight. I will definitely not go back, nor will I refer them.
