Digusted and disappointed

I am actually disgusted now the way the staff is at ice cream section Last night the family and I went around to fresh stop as we love Seattle and the chicken and my kids loves the smoothie Once again my kids was dissalointed because there was no cups for the smoothies (sad part my kids warned me that there surely no cups) After my husba d and I placed our orders for coffee and chicken I asked the guy at ice cream section if it's possible if he could use 2 cups from Seattle just to make the smoothies and abruptly told me no Then I said OK I will buy two papercups now as I did that a few times before and again she said no we don't do things like that I must accept that he is not making smoothies there are no cups! He was extremely rude and refused to give me his name I have before asked for a manager and also I am told there isn't one The supervisor was standing next to me when all this happened and he just stood there! He just stood there and kept quiet This is not the first time this is happening yet I return to that store everytime thinking it will be different I'm more dissalointed that there is never stock for the smoothies than I am at the rude staff that's employed there honestly That store is open 24hrs and needs a manager and not any dumbbo, that is a very busy store please get a manager and sort out the staff Digusted and dissapointed I am and I know I'm not the only one
