Diesel mixed with unleaded Petrol

On Thursday the 23rd of July 2015 I fuelled my car a a nearby Caltex garage in Palmview Phoenix as my petrol tank was on reserve which indicated on my dashboard. I used my standard bank credit card as i am registered for ucount rewards and have been advised by standard bank to fill up at caltex garages in order to obtain reward points. Within a few minutess of filling petrol my car gave off warning signals on the dashboard. The car became very sluggish and slowed down and completely switched off. It was then towed to the nearest Vw dealer mechanic. Unfortunately the mechanic could not find the fault and my car was later towed again to the VW Dealership in Umhlanga. A full diagnostic was done on my car, it was found that the fuel in my tank was contaminated. I had to pay Cash for draining out the fuel together with towing charges. due to this I have been financially inconvenienced and therefore expect to be reimbursed by caltex
