Damage to my car

I took my car for a wash at the Caltex service station in NP van Wyk Louw Street in Langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein. When I arrived to fetch my car I saw that my left side console was broken. When I went to speak to the manager, all he said was that he can glue it for me. I said it was unacceptable. I ordered the part from the dealers and took the invoice to him. He gave me 50% of the invoices money, but said he felt it was unfair of me to expect him to pay 50%. I feel it was unfair of him to expect me to pay 50%. My car was in his care and damaged as such. He should keep an closer eye on his employees. And take better care of other peoples possessions. I paid for a service and ended up paying for more than I bargained for.<br> Very Very Unhappy with the way the situation was handled!
