Customer complaint

Good day I have never felt so disrespected like this I’m my whole experience with customer service. A lady named by Vuyelwa at Caltex garage in Zola Soweto who is a petrol attendant. She was supposed to assist us at the pet roll station instead she was busy flatting with my partner as I even told her that she should be ashamed of herself busy calling her colleague by the name of Mapaseka that she is going to loose marriage if she is not paying attention to her. The lady was supposed to serve us as a pet roll attendant as I ended being her next victim because every time when she sees us she will either avoid us when we need service. Last week I ended up having to inform his colleagues just to teach her of what is expected with her duties. Instead I was told that I’m not the first customer to complain about her even other customers do complain and she was changed from another department because of her attitude.
