Contamination

Good on 6 january 2021 the attendant at caltex voortrekkerweg, oudtshoorn put petrol in my diesel car when he realize his mistake i told him to go and call his manager.Next to the caltex is a aford garage they pushed my vehicle in there and drain the petrol it took about a hour and a half.Then they fill the vehicle with diesel and said i can start it everything seemed fine then after about 20minutes driving the start to jerk and loose power i pulled over switch of and start it again thinking it was just maybe little bit of petrol that burnt out.The next day it did the same while i was on my way to town i went to them the manager said it can not be because of petrol he went to the mechanic that drain the vehicle which said its maybe timing. Then i drove off because i was on my way back from vacation the vehicle did the same.When i got home parked the vehicle and try to get n vw that can do diagnostics on the vehicle my earliest date was 20 january so i didnt have transport now and i had to go to work.Throughout i stayed in contact with caltex who told me they not going to pay for any damages because they did what they have to do. I took my vehicle to vw where they still could smell the petrol in the filters. They dicovered that my injectors is damaged and also a regulator needed to be replaced. Caltex oudtshoorn said they wont be involved with any payments to me i can get myself a lawyer.After several calls to ombudsman the referred me to astron. I made contact with astron via e-mail they said they will investigate meanwhile im stranded without a vehicle. Can you please advise what steps i could take...
