My wife had an incident with Karaglen Caltex (Eastriding Service Station) recently. The incident left my wife with a damaged vehicle. Even though the blame could have gone to client neglect, The service station manager/owner immediately took responsibility for the damages, apologized and went the extra mile to have the damages repaired.
