Complaint about petrol attendants caltex greenhills

I went and poured petrol at Caltex garage in Greenhills.I got there only one car just got service and I was the one car left to be serviced. Three employees were busy chatting and minding their business while I stood there and waited impatiently as they were not doing anything. Namely Itumeleng. And Kagiso are the once I saw their names, I then yelled asking why are they walking away after chatting and not helping me. Out of anger I then said they were Useless instead of being Useful, they were less stressful and said they will take my car and one of them said and I code “o marete” meaning your ***** to me. They said that after I shouted them, they said I must not insult them, I said “useless is the opposite of useful so I am not insulting you” they then said I can go away it doesn’t matter if I pour or not. I said I assure you if it were the other race you guys wouldn’t do that, guess what as I was busy saying that a western couple drove in and in less than 30seconds they were standing right there asking how could they help. I work with people I give service to people equally so it so only fair I think that the same be done to me. I told them I will report “I will report you guys to your boss “they then said “ you can go we don’t care” the other guy said let me pour I said no thanks and then they went on saying go away before we take your car! I am livid, disappointed, angry, for the meer fact that people don’t even get moved when you say you will report them to their Boss. They instead say go we don’t care! What does it say about the staff there? Do they respect their superior!? I use that garage regularly as it’s on my way, But with what I got today!! I doubt I will anymore!!! I really hope the owner of this garage takes drastic decision to these petrol attendants. While arguing I didn’t even see a supervisor or any superior coming to intervene, and the mean time I was the villain for just asking people to do their job that put food on their table.
