Complaint

I was at caltex Fresh stop ,Camaro road, oakdene and asked the petrol attendant to put ,R130 worth of fuel,in my vehicle, apparently ,the pump4 for ulp 95 was not dispensing fuel ,. He dropped the pump after ,almost ,4 minutes upon realising the problem,he asked me to get to another pump, . The attendant put R124.06 and I asked him about the difference ,he rep**** in a very rude way ,to me . He told me ,that pump 4 ,is faulty but there is ,r6 showing,so who must pay. ? I could not mind paying for the air , but this attendant is very rude , He told me if I have a problem with the pump ,I must go to the office , . I have never seen such attitude from anyone . His name badge was inside out, I asked for the till slip ,and his name appeared as.Kenneth Mzwamanene. This attendant needs serious training ,please. I won't recommend anyone to this garage. Please management ,check your pumps every time . We are made to pay for no service .
