Complain

The service was great upon arrival, the attendent LUCIA had a bit of a challenge with the filling machine, it's like it couldn't recognize her tag. Finally it did, she did everything right no complains there. Now I drive off, before I went to the petrol station my petrol light was not on yet, but the needle was just in between reserve and normal. But after I drove off the garage at the traffic light, I decided to look at the petrol gage, to my surprise the petrol gage is exactly where it was when I entered the petrol station. I then decided to hit a U turn back to caltax. I tell the attendant that my petrol gage did not move, then she assured me that petrol was dispensed but my gage says otherwise, I request to speak to the manager, the manager says " I also experience the same thing with my car blah blah" gave me a story of the temperature and everything, at that moment I realized iv been ****** day light because they took my money but poured nothing in to my tank. While I am talking to the manager the attendant goes to the cashier inside starts making jokes that I am complaining about 4litres of petrol. I explain to them that my car was not empty, I was simply keeping the gage away from reserve. I tell the manager that I I use shell and engine and I have never had this kind of issue, 4litres may be nothing to you but every car owner knows their car. I would not recommend Caltax Festival Mall to anyone.
