Complain

I'm not happy with the service I'm getting at Caltex Kibler Park .I once poured petrol in my car and the bars never showed there was petrol in poured ,so I went back to complain and they poured R200 again and still it was the same.I went to BP poured petrol again and finally it showed I have put petrol. I then went again to Caltex garage again probably after a week and the manager told the staff never to attend to my car of which I feel it's unfair ,Caltex garage is the closest petrol station for me and all the time I go there I don't get serviced because the manager is still angry about pouring petrol again in my car.My concern is what will I do if I'm in serious need of using the petrol station of which it's next to me but I can't use the services, please assist me .
