I'm so disappointed by the service we , received at Caltex _ umtentweni _ SN 317204 Phone number : *** . In the 31st December round about , 23: 45 , We came to fill up diesel at this garage , the petrol attendant there filled , petrol instead of diesel , and the car broke on our way home Which is 100km from their filling station , we got stuck from 02.00am up until 10:00 am.. The manager we spoke to was so unprofessional , and while we Never spent time with our family and we slept in the garage now we still here he is taking us from pillar to post . He said they get someone to flush the car which he was charged R650 plus R1000 our diesel money which was drained out .. this guy really need to you be sent along with his staff to , learn how to treat customers and how to deal with situations like this and on top of that, we will have to lay charges civil for the cost and demages done , and more especially our time which he is not showing and remose or being sorry for us who spent our news on the road just because of this , staff who was either drunk or not focused . The manager there Mr Ntini and the petrol attendant was Alex . Wait for my legal team you need to be taught how to treat a mistake that was done by your incompetency ..
