Car Wash & Petrol Attendant

1) I would like to express my deepest frustration with the customer service at The Caltex garage in Kuilsriver on Van Riebeek Rd. On the evening of the 14th May, I went to the Station to fill up because I know they fill even if there is load shedding (They have a big sign that says so as you enter the station). Upon filling my tank to the max, the attendant informs me that the card facilities aren't working because of load shedding. The main reason why I fill at Caltex is to enjoy the benefit of Ucount rewards. After a lengthy deliberation, the manager on duty informed me to come the following day to pay. <br> <br> 2) Upon arriving at the station the next day, I decide to get my vehicle washed (The station has a car wash & vacuum facility). The exterior service is great, because it is a drive-thru car wash. The problem is where the worker vacuum the vehicle. I told the gent that I am going to the shop quick to get something to drink. Upon my return, All four of them were sitting in my vehicle, pumping the music at full blast...when they saw me, they carried on as if nothing happened. Gave me an attitude...not even an apology. the manager wasn't even concerned.
