Car damaged while on car wash

‪So on Tuesday I took my car to car wash in Weltevreden Park Caltex JG strydom..one of the ladies by the name of Tshililo who was busy washing my car broke the carpet holder and I asked one of the Managers by the name of Mcdonald to fix it he couldn't.I then suggested that let me try and take it to Kia myb they will try and fix it. They also couldn't they even advise me that they gonna have to take out the entire seat to fix it which they gave me a quote.. I then came back to caltex and I spoke to both managers who were on duty and they advised me that Gerald (Car wash manager apparently) will call me which he ddnt. Today I decided to go back to find out what's going on, I was then adviced to call Gerald I spoke to Gerald he then told me that he does not understand why I had to take my car to kia actually they are not reliable to any damaged caused ( I mean why wasn't I told about these on Tuesday if that's the case?) why did he promise to call if he know that they are not reliable for any damages?but what I dnt understand is that he said he will take my car to one of his mechanic from the back of their garage.. I mean that's contradicting one self, you willing to pay ur backyard mechanic but not Kia?? I then decided to contact Caroline(the owner) she then dismissed me b4 I could even say anything she said the car wash lady (Tshililo) denied everything to her she then said she is not going to pay anything.The way she is so rude Caroline white lady she is so abusive to her staff she was busy shouting at them why did they alow me to their office, I mean were we supposed to resolve the matter outside? @Caltexsa weltevreden park JG strydom the owner n carwash manager are so ****** ‬
