Caltex Wendywood- Worst Customer Service ever

I waited about 10 minutes for assistance, while there were about 5 attendants available. One was playing on his phone and the others were just standing around talking. Then I went into the shop to find a very unfriendly lady, Pauline at the checkout point. When she did not greet me I said good morning, but still nothing from her! She took my money and gave my change without saying a single word! As if she is doing me a huge favour!! This is not the first time. I often stop there and Pauline has never been friendly. She can talk to other staff members, but she cannot be polite towards customers. That place will not see me again!
