Caltex van Reenen closes its doors to motorists during shift changes

Caltex van Reenen closes its doors to customers during shift changes. On 14 November 2019 i tried to fuel my vehicle at Caltex van Reenen just before 06:00. The petrol attendants informed me that they cannot fuel my vehicle and i will have to wait until the shift change. Simply put, Caltex van Reenen closes it doors to customers during this period. With the upcoming Christmas rush, i just want to warn motorists they will be wasting their valuable time if they think they will be helped. Lucky for me i still had some fuel to drive to the next garage. Caltex van Reenen should have at least put up a sign along the road informing motorists that they will not be able to purchase fuel so that they can move on to the next garage without having to drive in to the garage and be told you cannot be served. The attendant says this happens daily. When I asked for the Manager, the attendant said he was still sleeping. Motorists, be informed.
