Caltex treating clients like *******

Caltex South Africa I have recieved the worst of the worst service from Caltex Nirvana Polokwane. On Friday i purchase petrol at one of your gas stations,i purchased using a card,the petrol attended assisted me and gave me back my card and receipt than i left. The next day when i return there again as im a regular customer and been a customer of that particular filling station for the past 8 years. When i get to the garage the management came to my car and said a case was opened against me of theft of petrol.

I was then requested to check my receipt, which state that the transaction failed "Daily limit exceeded" which i wasnt aware of. I quickly asked to pay the money as it was not debuted into my account. The petrol attendant later withdrawn charges at the police station. This issue frustrated me and wasted my time as i spend two days at the police station in and out and being treated like a ******** by your bosses.
