Caltex supports Jockey's laziness

<p>Earlier this year,i complained about petrol attendants that just keep chatting among each other while they see that you're there to fill up,and only attend to you when you ask them.After weeks of silence,I had to ask about the progess on the matter, I was hit by the famous 'your phone is always off' line,I didn't even got an email informing that they're trying to get hold of me telephonically,back to the matter,the Regional Manager ducked around, it's been more than a week now and they haven't rep**** to my questions of,if their attendants are not allowed to show/a little enthusiasm and care for doing their job,why did the supervisor apologised and told me that they're still new there so they don't know the way of operating yet,and if it's standard company policy for your workers to just stand there chatting to each other and only attend to you when you call them,why don't you take disciplinary actions against workers in other branches,who are very enthusiastic about their job and don't wait for the drivers to ask them to come and service them,because clearly they're breaking your rules.</p>
