Caltex Sunnyridge Circle - Rigged
Caltex Sunnyridge Circle - Yesterday, i decided to use this Caltex garage to fill my tank. My car has a 45liter tank - I filled R800 fuel - this gave me approx 50.51 liters of fuel (@R15.84 per liter) - however, my fuel gauge indicated that my car has a three-quarter tank of fuel only, as i drove away.
The fuel pump indicated approx 50.51 liters and the price did match the R800 that i had to pay, but something remains ; How does 50liters of fuel, fit into a 45liter tank and not fill it up?
I have escalated this to the Fuel Retailers Association
