Caltex Summerfields Jukskei Northriding

I would like to complain about the service at Caltex Summerfields Jukskei Park Northriding. I had my handle broken by one of the patrol attendants almost a year ago . Apon the review of the footage , I was informed my door handle would be fixed I had to get quotes which I did and now they will not pay for the door handle to be repair . Further more I'm a mom and went into the store and the attendant wanted to open my door whilst I'm not there and my son was in the car in which it broke . Now after numerous calls and going to the store for the matter to be resolved I'm told I need to speak to the owner for it to be repaired . I find the service to be quite annoying and frustrating that you can not for fill the promise to have my door handle fixed I've dropped the quotation and company details for them to pay and send proof of payment and still nothing been done please could the caltex head of department contact me to resolve this matter. Very frustrated customer . Whom will no longer be support this service station going forward . I find the managment and owner to be very dishonest in there actions
