Caltex Southgate

I dont see a need for Benny to be on the forecourt. I pull up at the pump,Benny comes to my window I tell him what fuel and amount,he then instructs a fuel attendant to fuel up my car. A lot gets lost in translation from Benny to fuel attendant like amount,this actually happened to me and its just a waste of time really.
