CALTEX - Service with a frown

This complaint is to your station at the corner of Gie Road and Parklands Main road, and is my second complaint for this station.

I filled up fuel yesterday (02/04/2018) at approx 10:05, at pump number 5

I pulled up, reasonably close to the pumps, yet the service attendant greeted me with not a "hello", but a "You want petrol or what?" to which I rep**** "yes" , he then said "then park your car properly if you want to fill here".

I begrudgingly obliged, parked my car closer to the pump, he then decided that he is actually not interested in attending to my car at all, and promptly walked away.

I was eventually helped by another worker.

This is not the first time this worker has been a terrible and disgraceful representation of your business, he once swore at another customer as he drove away.

The other attendants are courteous and helpful, but this guy...

I took footage of him casually walking around the forecourt and then into the service attendant room (while my car sits there, unserviced, while queues form behind me)
