CALTEX SERVICE SATION - SOUTHGATE PHOENIX DURBAN TERRIBLE DAILY SERVICE

Good Day I would like to express my disappointment with the service from Caltex Service station -Southgate in Phoenix- Durban. The staff there are not willing to help. I recently had an issue with my tires I was checking pressure daily and i was told that I should wait until all the cars are serviced with gas before they attended to me as the manager has given them instruction, Yet i was the first car that was there.Being a female driver Its good to have the checks done on the car as I travel a distance daily to work. But as soon as the attendants see my car they start talking in Zulu and dont come to help me. I wait for some time before being attended to. I di mention that will be taking it up and the lady js ignored me and said there's nothing she can do. I'm sure there are cameras at the station which can be viewed. this is the nearest garage for me to use, What should I do if i need help. Is that not the service station is there for. I have been to Engen garage Nandi drive and the guys there are friendly and always willing to help even if its just pressure that needs to be fill. Is this going to be attended to or left aside like all the other times i complained to the manager on duty.
