Caltex Senekal ****** me, added litres in my car I didn't know how they fitted

I went to fill up on a Sunday afternoon in Senekal free state, my car had two bars on still, and to my surprised my car was filled with 52 litres, and the tank capacity is actually 45lt,to top it all, there was still a lot of petrol in the tank, I questioned the petrol attendant, he came up with explanations that didn't make sense, because I was traveling to bloem I had to leave quickly. My guess is that there was still an amount I did not realize on thay pump, and he just added on it. I sent a complaint through to Caltex immediately, no response, I then tried calling head office, still no response. Early November I went to same station, which is usually my full up on my way to bloem, I had 1bar on, and my tank was filled with 38litres,hence this did not make sense to me. I believe they rob people who are not aware and do not question such thing, this is unacceptable. This is pure day light *******.
