CALTEX SA POOR SERVICE

on the 5th of December 2022

i went to CALTEX in 9 Christiaan de Wet Rd, Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg, 2156 i asked the petrol attendance to pour Diesel in my JEEP wrangler. he then poured Petrol in my vehicle. they then asked me to not drive my car and they will take me home and will drain the petrol off the vehicle.

They took me home and 3 hours later they then called me to say that my car was ready

I then took my vehicle and i went and collected it, i drove the vehicle showing an engine light hoping that it will go away after some time.

i drove to Krugersdorp for work and then stopped to collect something. after collecting the documents i then went back to the car and i started the vehicle and it refused to start . i called the then manager Lorinda of caltex regarding my issues, but i told her that i will be calling my insurance to come and pick up my vehicle and she said its fine and i should just update her regarding the vehicle.

its been 3 weeks now and my car still hasnt been fixed and i havent received any update from CALTEX
